Nature of our services

MESAMA provides brokerage and coordination services for importing from China, including: supplier sourcing and verification, cost reduction, securing tenders, quality inspection, furnishing, and customs clearance.

The details, scope, and cost of each service are defined in each client's quote, which forms a complementary part of these terms.

Client responsibilities

The client undertakes to provide accurate, complete information about products, specifications, and quantities, to settle dues on time, and to obtain any licenses or approvals required to import their products.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative and start from a minimum; the final cost varies by product, quantity, shipment size, and shipping method. The official quote issued by MESAMA governs each order.

Payments are settled as agreed in the quote. Starting execution may require an advance payment.

Shipping and customs clearance

We exercise reasonable professional care in following up on shipping and clearance; however, shipping durations and customs procedures may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, port policies, regulators). We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

Limitation of liability

MESAMA's liability is limited to the scope of the service agreed in the quote. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, nor for manufacturing defects attributable to the supplier after the client approves the sample and inspection, except as covered by the quality-inspection service within its scope.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, and designs — is owned by MESAMA and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes and contact
